PAYMENTS

• When you sign up, we require 50% invoice to be paid a a deposit, this will be deducted from your first invoice.

• Payments are due within 30 days of invoicing.

• Cherry Godmother reserves the right to halt services (including phone services) and not to return work if bills are not paid.

• If you are coming close to your monthly quota, we will let you know before the hours are completed so you can reduce your tasks or upgrade your package.

 

WORKING WITH YOUR VA

• Cherry Godmother uses Basecamp software to manage, track and work with you. This ensures all tasks are logged, tracked and we keep you organised. We will send you an invitation to access Basecamp from your computer.

• Cherry Godmother also uses email, Google Docs and Dropbox to complete and store work.

• We will acknowledge all work within 24 hours or sooner via Basecamp.

• If you haven’t received an acknowledgement, please email your appointed VA and check they have received the file.

• All details, e.g. templates, passwords or processes should be submitted on Basecamp along with work at time of submission.  We will not schedule work until all details and materials are received.

 

TURNAROUND TIMES

• Our usual turnaround of work is 24hrs, for all work under one hour long and acknowledged by us.

• For longer work, we will confirm turnaround time depending on our current workload.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

• All our virtual assistants at Cherry Godmother sign strict confidentiality contracts.

• Your information is held securely and backed up in accordance with Data Protection Laws.

• We use secure email via Google Apps, Dropbox for Business and Google Documents so that no client data is stored on individual machines.

• All original work will be returned to clients as soon as work is completed, unless otherwise requested.

• We will not share your details with 3rd party companies but you may hear from Mavericks Digital, our business partner.

 

DISCLAIMER & APPLICABLE LAW

• Even though we will take care of your business and tasks as if they were our own, Cherry Godmother is not liable for any losses you might sustain arising directly or indirectly from our completing work or if these arise directly from our negligence.

• This contract shall be governed by the Law of the Philippines.
